जालंधर 29 जुलाई- लोकसभा सदस्य सुशील रिंकू ने आज कहा कि मणिपुर हिंसा एक राज्य नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए शर्मनाक घटना है। उन्होंने कहा कि हिंसा के खिलाफ देशभर के लोग अपना विरोध जता रहे हैं और सड़कों पर आ गए हैं लेकिन केंद्र सरकार खासकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस पूरे मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साधे हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री की चुप्पी देश के लिए घातक साबित हो सकती है क्योंकि लोगों का गुस्सा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। रिंकू ने कहा कि इस मुद्दे पर सरकार को तुरंत एक्शन लेना चाहिए ताकि लोगों की लोकतंत्र और सरकार में विश्वास वाली हो सके। उन्होंने इस बात पर दुख जताया कि इतने बड़े मुद्दे पर प्रधानमंत्री के दखल की मांग करने वाले आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद संजय सिंह को मानसून सत्र से निलंबित किया गया है। यह विपक्ष की आवाज दबाने की कार्रवाई है।

Jalandhar : पंजाब क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (पीसीए) के मानद सचिव श्री दिलशेर खन्ना ने प्रेस को बताया कि भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया और अफगानिस्तान के खिलाफ दो आगामी द्विपक्षीय घरेलू श्रृंखलाओं में दो अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट मैच पीसीए को आवंटित किए हैं।(भारत बनाम ऑस्ट्रेलिया पहला वनडे 22 सितंबर, 2023 को और भारत बनाम अफगानिस्तान पहला टी-20 11 जनवरी, 2024 को खेला जाएगा)। दिलशेर खन्ना ने बीसीसीआई के मानद सचिव श्री जय शाह को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि पीसीए मैचों के आयोजन के लिए सर्वोत्तम व्यवस्था करेगा।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि ऑस्ट्रेलिया सीरीज़ आगामी आईसीसी विश्व कप (वनडे)-2023 के लिए अहम होगी और सभी खेल प्रेमियों द्वारा इस पर बारीकी से नजर रखी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पीसीए में खेल संबंधित हर तरह की सुविधाएं हैं। यहां मेहमान टीमों और दर्शकों के लिए हर तरह का इंतजाम किया जाएगा। मैदान दर्शकों का इंतजार कर रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि बीसीसीआई की अनुमति से पीसीए न्यू स्टेडियम, मुल्लांपुर (न्यू चंडीगढ़) में जनवरी 2024 में खेले जाने वाले भारत बनाम अफगानिस्तान टी20 मैच के आयोजन के लिए विशेष प्रयास करेगा। दिलशेर खन्ना एक बार फिर पंजाब राज्य और पंजाब क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के प्रति उनके दयालु विचारों और उदारता के लिए बीसीसीआई के मानद सचिव श्री जय शाह के प्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त करते हैं। दिलशेर खन्ना ने कहा कि 2022 में उनके कार्यकाल की शुरुआत के बाद से श्री जय शाह पंजाब क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के सभी मुद्दों और अनुरोधों के लिए सबसे अधिक सहायक रहे हैं। पूरे पीसीए को उनके नेतृत्व पर गर्व है। उनके नेतृत्व में भारतीय क्रिकेट अच्छे हाथों में है।

जालंधर : संसद परिसर के बाहर अपना विरोध जताते हुए सांसद सुशील कुमार रिंकू ने कहा है कि विपक्ष द्वारा सरकार के खिलाफ लाए गए अविश्वास प्रस्ताव के बीच संसद में बिल पास करना बिल्कुल असंवैधानिक है। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान के मुताबिक जब अविश्वास प्रस्ताव पेश किया गया हो तब कोई भी बिल पास करवाने से पहले सरकार को बहुमत साबित करना जरूरी होता है लेकिन मौजूदा केंद्र सरकार संविधान की भावना से परे जाकर असंवैधानिक तरीके से बिल पास करवा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा साहेब डॉक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर ने संविधान इसलिए बनाया था ताकि सब कुछ कानून के मुताबिक चले लेकिन सरकार असंवैधानिक तरीके से संसद की कार्यवाही को चला रही है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पूरा देश मणिपुर हिंसा से आहत है और देश के कई राज्य बाढ़ की चपेट में है। पंजाब में 23 में से 18 जिले बाढ़ की चपेट में आ चुके हैं लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री इन गंभीर मुद्दों पर चुप्पी साधे हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी तरह चप्पल बनाने वाले उद्योग को भी बीआईएस के दायरे में लाया गया है जोकि सरासर गलत है क्योंकि छोटे कारोबारी इस शर्त को कैसे पूरा कर सकते हैं? रिंकू ने कहा कि इतने सारे मसले हैं जिन पर संसद में बहस की जरूरत है लेकिन सरकार मनमाने तरीके से बिल पास करवा कर कार्यवाही चला रही है। सांसद ने कहा कि सरकार को इन मसलों पर चुप्पी तोड़नी चाहिए और देश के लोगों के समक्ष सारी बातें रखनी चाहिए।

Kartarpur/Bhogpur/Phillaur : Punjab Local Government Minister Balkar Singh on Friday laid foundation stones of development works worth over Rs 2 crore in villages of Kartarpur besides dedicating CCTV cameras project to people at Phillaur. The Minister also handed over approval letters to the beneficiaries of Awas Yojana in a function held at Bhogpur.

The Minister, while laying foundation stone of panchayat Ghar at village Talwandi Bhilan, said that Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann would provide all requisite ultra modern facilities in rural belts. He said this endeavour of State government would give a new facelift to panchayat ghars besides making the working of panchayats further efficient. He said the panchayat ghars at Talwandi Bhilan and Ambgarh would be established at a cost of Rs 20 lakh each while Rs. 30 lakh would be incurred to get newly panchayat Ghar constructed in village Dugri. He said that sewerage treatment pond would be come up in village Ballan at a cost of Rs 84 lakh. Similarly, village Rahimpur is also getting new panchayat ghar and Health & Wellness Centre at a cost of Rs. 50 lakh. The Minister said this Health & Wellness Centre would cater to the healthcare related needs of people of several adjoining villages.

Earlier, the Minister also handed over approvals to 25 beneficiaries of Awas Yojana. He said that beneficiaries would get a sum of Rs 1.75 lakh for getting their houses constructed under this scheme. He said Punjab Government was making all out efforts to ensure quality health and education services across state by developing Aam Aadmi Clinics and School of Eminence.

Meanwhile, in evening the Minister also inaugurated CCTV project in Phillaur. As many as 61 significant locations are being covered by these CCTV cameras, said the Minister adding this initiative would further strengthen the security system in the area. He also inaugurated newly constructed park in the premises of Nagar Council, Phillaur which would further provide environment to people for their routine health related activities besides coming for walk.

The Minister said that such parks were being developed in the other areas too to facilitate people. Besides, Rs. 76.46 lakh works inaugurated today another works worth Rs 30 lakh are under progress, said the Minister adding that the Nagar Council has recently approved Rs.5.50 crore for development works in all wards. He said under housing for all Rs 3 crore had already been sanctioned to 166 beneficiaries. Prominent amongst those present during today’s events included Punjab State Container & Warehousih Corporation’s Chairperson Rajwinder Kaur Thiara, Aam Aadmi Party leaders Principal Prem Kumar, Jeet Lal Bhatti and officials of concerned departments.

Jalandhar : District Urban Environment Improvement Committee (DUEIC) led by Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal on Friday gave its nod to build new roads in the city at an outlay of Rs. 11.65 crore with DC directing the officials to start construction of these roads at the earliest.

Chairing a meeting held here at district administrative complex, the Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal said that the quality of these new roads should be checked by the officials regularly as any kind of compromise with the quality of roads would be highly unwarranted. These roads include construction of Nakodar Road (Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chowk to Municipal Limit via Guru Ravidass Chowk and Bhakat Kabir Chowk) at an outlay of Rs. 10.65 crore, Patel Chowk to Kapurthala Chowk at cost Rs. 41.42 lakh, Old Baradari Road at Rs. 40.08 lakh, Internal streets at DC complex at Rs. 12.63 lakhs, and Construction of streets with interlocking tiles in village Dhina at the cost of Rs. 6.35 lakhs.

Accompanied by Commissioner Jalandhar Municipal Corporation Abhijit Kaplish and other officials, the DC said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann led state government was committed to providing better road infrastructure in both urban and rural areas. He said that the administration was laying focus on repairing and reconstruction of roads in the city as work for the same would be started soon. He said that the above-mentioned roads would be made under urban environment improvement program; hence the district level committee has approved funds for these roads.
Mr. Sarangal further stated that there was no paucity of funds to carry out development works in the district as the state government has already kick-started several development works in Jalandhar. He directed the officials of Jalandhar Municipal Corporation to complete all ongoing projects within stipulated time-frame so that people can get the benefit of these projects at the earliest.

जालंधर, 28 जुलाई – आज जालंधर, इंप्रूवमेंट ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर जगतार सिंह संघेड़ा ने कहा कि 14 नवंबर 2022 को उनके अध्यक्ष के रूप में पदभार संभालने के बाद, ट्रस्ट की बड़ी संपत्तियों (गुरु गोबिंद सिंह स्टेडियम सहित) को छुड़ाया गया है जोकि 162 करोड़ रुपये की देनदारी के कारण , पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के पास गिरवी थे और कुर्की की प्रक्रिया चल रही थी। ट्रस्ट ने बैंक से बात करने और 50 करोड़ रुपये की छूट (सीटीएस) लेने के बाद बाकी 112 करोड़ का सॉफ्ट लोन लेकर अदायगी की और सेटलमेंट किया। पहले 7 महीनों में ट्रस्ट की आय 8.07 करोड़ रुपये के मुकाबले अब यह आय 16.37 करोड़ रुपये है, लेकिन रिफंड और ऋणभार के भुगतान जैसी वित्तीय समस्याएं अभी भी बनी हुई हैं। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान साहब के नेतृत्व और आदेशों के अनुसार पंजाब सरकार के ज़ीरों टोलरेंस पर चलते हुए ट्रस्ट में पिछले घोटालों, अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है और विभिन्न चरणों में मामलों की जांच की जा रही है। उन्होने कहा कि आरोपी पाए जाने वाले किसी भी अधिकारी को चाहे वह छोटा हो या बड़ा, अपना हो या बेगाना, किसी को भी बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। उन्होने कहा कि पिछले समय दौरान कार्यालय से भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म किया गया है और लोगों के मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर बिना किसी देरी के निपटाया जा रहा है।
प्रो संघेड़ा ने कहा कि 30% कर्मचारियों के साथ, कुल लगभग 350 रजिस्ट्रियां और लगभग 100 एनडीसी अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र जारी कर दिए गए हैं जो काफी समय से लंबित थे। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस अवधि में लम्बित 150 प्रस्तावित एवं 50 पूर्ण भवन मानचित्र स्वीकृत किये गये हैं और अब ये सभी कार्य अद्यतन हो गये हैं। 465 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से सूर्या एन्क्लेव में पेयजल नहरी जल योजना के तहत एक लीटर क्षमता की बनाई जा रही अंडर ग्राउंड पानी की टंकी व अन्य कार्यों का शीघ्र निस्तारण किया जा रहा है और लोगों को स्वच्छ पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। उनके द्वारा यह भी बताया गया कि सूर्या एन्क्लेव के जिन विक्षुब्ध आवंटियों के भूखण्डों की रजिस्ट्री 16 वर्षों से नहीं हुई थी, उनकी रजिस्ट्री मात्र 12 हजार रूपये के प्रथम शुल्क पर कर ली गयी तथा दोषी अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ कर दी गयी। महाराजा रणजीत सिंह एवेन्यू प्लॉट मालिक मकान नं. 292 जिन्हें 11 साल से प्लॉट पर कब्जा नहीं मिला, उनको कब्जा दिलाया गया। ऐसी और भी कई संपत्तियां हैं जिनका निस्तारण वर्षों से लंबित था, उनका निस्तारण किया गया है।
प्रो संघेड़ा ने यह भी बताया कि एन्क्लेव एक्सटेंशन में आने वाले काजी मंडी के निवासियों को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए 2 मरले के 55 प्लॉट और डेढ़ मरले के 131 प्लॉट के आवंटन की प्रक्रिया अंतिम चरण में है। लतीफपुरा मामले में, विस्थापित लोगों के पुनर्वास के लिए सरकार द्वारा 2 विकल्पों को मंजूरी दी गई है या तो उन्हें बीबी भानी कॉम्प्लेक्स में एक फ्लैट मिल सकता है या उन्हें सूर्या एन्क्लेव एक्सटेंशन में 2 मरला प्लॉट मिल सकता है। इनके आवंटन के तुरंत बाद सूर्या एन्क्लेव एक्सटेंशन 60 फीट की सड़क के साथ दामोरिया ब्रिज के जरिए शहर से जोड़ा जाएगा। इससे 2011 से आवंटित भूखंडों के मालिकों और इस तरफ की सभी कॉलोनियों के निवासियों को लाभ होगा और शहर की यातायात समस्या का भी समाधान होगा। मास्टर गुरबंता सिंह एन्क्लेव की इमारत के लिए उन उच्च अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी, जिन्होंने 11 फुट संकरी सड़क पर बिना तकनीकी मंजूरी के इमारत का निर्माण किया और इस सड़क को 45 फुट तक चौड़ा किया जाएगा। प्रोफेसर संघेड़ा ने बताया कि महाराजा रणजीत सिंह एवेन्यू और सूर्या एन्क्लेव में जनता को पेश आ रही सीवरेज समस्या को हल करने के लिए 1.32 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाले काम में बारिश के कारण देरी हुई है, इसे भी एक महीने के भीतर हल कर दिया जाएगा।

Jalandhar, July 27: Expressing immense satisfaction over the efforts put in by District Administration to ensure safe evacuation ans helping out stranded families in flood hit areas, Governor Banwari Lal Purohit directed to speed up damage assessment so as to initiate compensation process as soon as possible.

Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit held meeting with officials to know about the current situation besides visiting Gidderpindi bridge to meet people. He said the officials informed that the survey was being carried out by different department, which would be accomplished within next 15 days thus preparing report of damage due to floods. On the basis of field reports, due compensation will be provided to the affected families, informed the officials. The Governor also appreciated the District Administration for their meticulous relief and rescue operations resulting in saving people stuck in flood hit areas. He said that the Civil and Police administration in association with Indian Army, NDRF, SDRF and people from across the other areas too made commendable work in this tough time.

After visiting the flood affected area, the Governor while answering a query that paddy sapling were being sown which would be given to farmer so they could sow the same in their respective fields. He said that fields at large area submerged due to breach in Satluj and the assessment process would take time of few more days to get completed.

Accompanied by Principal Secretary Water Resources Krishan Kumar, Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal, SSP Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar and other officials, Governor Banwari Lal Purohit also interacted with the people at Gidderpindi. He assured them that the concerned department were contemplating to make permanent solution of flood fury often takes place after a gap of few years. The officials informed that they would soon initiate the process in this regard resulting in protection of people from floods due to heavy downpour and breaches in Dhussi bandh. He said the second breach would also be plugged as the ongoing works of administration, people of the areas were immensely satisfied. He also assured that all possible help would be ensured to give relief to the affected families.

Meanwhile, Principal Secretary Krishan Kumar apprised the Governor about the steps being taken to ensure the seamless flow in Satluj river.

Jalandhar : 24 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼/ਪਨਬਸ/ਪੀ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੰਟਰੈਕਟ ਵਰਕਰਜ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ 25/11 ਦੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਹਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤ ਕਮਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਹੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਡਿੱਪੂ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਜ਼ੋ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ । ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ 2 ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਮੋਨ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ । ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰੇਸ਼ਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਨੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਅਣਦੇਖਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜ਼ੋ 19/12/2022 ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੋ ਵਿਜੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੰਜੂਆ ਪ੍ਰਿਸੀਪਾਲ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਮੰਨੀਆਂ ਸੀ। 27 ਜੂਨ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ । ਪਰ ਅੱਜ 14 ਦਿਨ ਉੱਪਰ ਬੀਤ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਣ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵਾਰ -ਵਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਕਾਮੇ ਲਗਭਗ 10 ਤੋ 12 ਘੰਟੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਜ਼ੋ ਕਿ ਵਰਕਰ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਭੋਗ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰੀ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ GST ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ (ਵਿਚੋਲਿਆਂ) ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੇ ।
(1) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਲੀਏ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ GST ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ 20ਤੋ25 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੇ
(2) ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕਸਾਰਤਾ ਕਰਕੇ 5% ਵਾਧਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
(3) ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜ਼ੋ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿੱਣਤੀ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 10 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਨਰਵਿਗਨ ਮੁਹਾਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈਆ ਜਾਣ।
(4) ਕੰਡੀਸਨਾ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਢੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਸੂਬਾ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਰੂਪ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਸਰਕਾਰ ਝੂਠੇ ਲਾਰੇ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਟਪਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜ਼ੋ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬਾ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਕੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਨੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੰਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਜਲੋਰ ਸਿੰਘ ,ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਪੰਨੂ , ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ , ਰੋਹੀ ਰਾਮ , ਹੀਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ , ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਠ , ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸੋਢੀ , ਨਿਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੱਪੂ , ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੜੈਚ ,ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮੰਗਾਂ ਸਿੰਘ,ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ,ਆਦਿ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ 31 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਗੇਟ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ , 4 ਅਗਸਤ ਬੱਸ ਸਟੈਂਡਾ ਉਪਰ 2 ਘੰਟੇ ਰੋਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ,11 ਅਗਸਤ ਗੇਟ ਰੈਲੀ 14,15,16ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਿਥੇ ਵੀ ਝੰਡਾ ਲਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਇਸ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਮਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਮਾਫ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਾਰੇ ਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Jalandhar, July 26-
Shaheed Babu Labh Singh Civil Hospital Jalandhar is all set to have a major infrastructure push to provide ultra-modern healthcare facilities to the people of the city as Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal on Wednesday held a meeting with the different departments to finalize the up-gradation project for this hospital.
 
Chairing the meeting here at the district administrative complex, the DC said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann led state government has accorded top priority to revamping healthcare infrastructure so as to impart quality healthcare services to people. He said that nearly Rs. 35 crores would be spent on this project to give the district hospital (civil hospital) a major infrastructure boost. He further stated that this project includes the construction of a DNB hostel, advanced cardiac center, lifts, multi-level car parking, new mortuary building, CCTV cameras, air conditioning system, modular operation theatre, training & conference hall, repair and renovation of the basement, new flooring, landscaping, and beautification, strengthening of sewerage system, setting up of a soundproof room, construction of reception of OPD, emergency and record room, installation of fire-fighting systems, and other miscellaneous works. Likewise, new high-tech equipment would also be purchased as per the requirements of doctors so that patients can get all healthcare services under one roof.
 
Mr. Sarangal said that the Punjab Government has approved this project to strengthen existing healthcare facilities in Jalandhar city adding that the up-gradation work would begin immediately after submission of detailed project report by the authorities concerned. Reiterating the commitment to providing quality medical services to the people of the city, the DC said that there was no paucity of funds to revamp healthcare infrastructure as the Punjab Government already initiated a slew of measures in this direction. He stated that the opening of Aam Aadmi Clinics has proved a game-changer in terms of ushering in a new era in the field of healthcare services adding that the up-gradation of Jalandhar Civil Hospital would further strengthen this infrastructure.
